Weddings
I curate thoughtful, stylish weddings and celebrations across Europe and Africa for couples who value quality, aesthetics and a personal approach. My way of working is rooted in a simple idea: a premium experience does not have to feel formal, distant or overly polished. It can be personal, straightforward and effortless while still being exceptionally well considered.
From the first idea until after the last guest has left, I bring structure to the planning, turn ideas into a clear concept and make sure every element comes together seamlessly. With a trained eye for detail and a trusted network of carefully selected vendors, I anticipate what needs to happen next, prepare decisions and keep all the moving parts on track.
I believe you should be involved where it matters to you, without having to manage the entire project yourself. You can share your ideas, make the decisions that genuinely matter to you and enjoy being engaged, while I quietly keep everything moving behind the scenes. From planning and design to coordination, every detail is thoughtfully considered and taken care of in advance and on-site, allowing the big day to unfold naturally and with ease.
I work with couples who appreciate thoughtful design, seamless execution and beautiful celebrations, but do not feel the need for unnecessary formality. Couples who want a high-end experience that feels modern, personal and quietly confident.
At the same time, I love when a wedding becomes an opportunity to discover and honour the cultures and traditions that are meaningful to my couples. I am grateful to be invited into these worlds and to learn about the customs, stories and rituals that make each celebration unique. From the Persian Sofreh Aghd and Knife Dance to Russian wedding traditions or Turkish kolonya, traditionally offered to guests as a gesture of hospitality, I value the opportunity to understand what makes each culture and each couple’s celebration their own. These traditions are not simply incorporated into the day, but thoughtfully given the space and significance they deserve.
Events
Beyond weddings, I also curate private celebrations with a distinctive character. Whether a stylish engagement party, a milestone birthday, an intimate anniversary, or an elegant New Year's Eve dinner, I support the planning and execution of exclusive occasions that bring joy and stay with you.
Every event is unique and deserves a tailored approach that reflects the personality of its hosts. With an eye for detail and a feel for atmosphere, I create experiences that evoke emotion, whether in Berlin or at beautiful destinations across Europe and North Africa.
Accompanying consultation
Not every couple wants full planning support, sometimes what's missing is simply reassurance at key moments. For couples who have already organised much themselves, I offer accompanying consultation: for open questions, uncertainty around vendor choices, or the feeling of being alone in the process. With my experience, I bring structure, overview, and clarity, so that uncertainty can turn into anticipation.
This service format grew out of a collaboration with a bride who wanted to organise her wedding largely on her own, yet still wished for a reliable point of contact. It allows for maximum independence while providing the reassuring support of an experienced planner, exactly when it's needed.
Bridal Getaways
A bachelorette doesn't have to be loud, cheesy, or exhausting. On the contrary, it can be just as stylish, relaxing, or luxurious as the wedding itself. Since I often already accompany the bride, I know her preferences and create experiences that truly reflect who she is. Whether a weekend in a European city, an exclusive getaway with friends in Ibiza, or even a horseback safari in Morocco, I take the pressure off the bridesmaids, for whom organising, especially abroad, can quickly become overwhelming, and create an experience that remains personal, unforgettable, and private.
Pricing
Many of my couples plan their wedding with a budget starting at 50.000 €, allowing us to create a celebration where every element is thoughtfully considered and executed at a high level. Smaller and more intimate celebrations also have their place, as quality, atmosphere and meaning cannot be measured by numbers alone.
For full-service wedding planning, my fee is 15% of the total wedding budget, with a minimum fee of 6.000 €. This structure ensures that the scope of my involvement remains aligned with the scale, complexity and individual needs of your celebration. From the first idea to the final detail, I take care of the planning, coordination and creative direction behind the scenes, so that the experience feels entirely yours.
For couples looking for support beyond or instead of full-service planning, I also offer tailored arrangements for consultations, event design, venue sourcing and specific stages of the planning process. These services are individually scoped and priced according to what your wedding actually needs.
My pricing remains transparent, and every service is shaped around your vision, priorities and the level of support that makes sense for you. The goal is always the same: to create a celebration that feels considered, personal and beautifully executed, without adding complexity where it is not needed.
